Today I made my appt for my Hep A/Hep B shot series, it was super exciting, frightening and anxiety-creating, all at the same time! I'm a little nervous about how much it will hurt, eek! but I think I'll be okay. I get one in October and one in November, right before I move home. Then once I'm back home I'll get some other shots (rabies, yellow fever, etc) and then the ever-so-appealing malaria meds. i hear i may get some crazy dreams from those - BRING.IT.ON. i say to that!
other than that, I'm super excited to go home tonight, finish packing and head out for five days in Boston. When I get back, 5 days later I will have finalized the entire program costs!!!! then its on to pushing through and getting the flights paid for and we're there!
its really crazy how far we've come, how far we still have to go, and how close this trip actually is!!
